Visual verification is an important part of your weight loss journey with Bolt Pharmacy. These photos help our clinical team monitor your progress and ensure your treatment is working effectively. If you're having trouble with your photo submission, this guide will help you take photos that meet our requirements.
What We Need
For your visual verification, we require two full-body photos:
Front-facing photo - standing directly facing the camera
Side profile photo - standing sideways to the camera
Photo Requirements
Clothing Guidelines
Wear tight-fitting clothing that shows your body shape clearly. This helps our clinical team accurately assess your progress. Good options include:
Fitted t-shirts or tank tops
Leggings or fitted trousers
Athletic wear or gym clothes
Form-fitting casual wear
Face and Positioning
Your face must be clearly visible and not covered or blocked by:
Hands or arms
Hair
Sunglasses or hats
Other objects
Stand in a natural, relaxed position with your arms at your sides.
Photo Quality
Ensure good lighting and image quality:
Take photos in a well-lit room or area
Avoid shadows or dark backgrounds
Make sure the image is clear and not blurry
Include your full body from head to toe in the frame

Common Issues and Solutions
"My photos keep getting rejected"
Check these common problems:
Clothing too loose: Switch to tighter-fitting clothes
Face not visible: Ensure your face is clearly shown and not covered
Poor lighting: Take photos in a brighter location
Body not fully visible: Step back so your entire body fits in the frame
