Our subscription service is designed for patients who want to save money and ensure they never experience a gap in their treatment. It offers convenience and peace of mind, all while keeping you in control.

  • Never Miss a Dose: We send timely reminders for your monthly check-in and automatically process your order, ensuring your next treatment arrives before you run out.

  • Full Flexibility: You can easily manage your subscription, change your delivery date, or pause your service at any time through your Bolt Hub account.

How It Works:

  • 28-Day Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring 28-day cycle. After your initial order, payment for each subsequent cycle is taken automatically.

  • Monthly Clinical Check-In: You are still required to complete your monthly clinical check-in to ensure the treatment remains safe and effective for you. Our clinical team will review your progress before approving each new order.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Please allow up to 3 business days for changes to take effect.

Option 2: The Pay-As-You-Go Model

Our original Pay-As-You-Go model offers complete control and flexibility, making it ideal for patients who prefer to manage their orders on a month-by-month basis.

How It Works:

  • No Automatic Charges: We will never automatically charge your card or send you medication you have not requested.

  • You Decide When to Order: When you are ready for your next supply, simply log in to your Bolt Hub to place a new order.

  • Pay Per Order: You only pay for the medication you order, at the time you place the order.
